  I accept that:
  Appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Failure to do so will mean that my slot cannot be reserved.
  For private demonstrations your deposit is non refundable and promise to pay the outstanding amount straight after the demonstration.
  There will be no refunds (except in the case of termination by the medium). However, if there is a need to cancel, a new date can be rearranged, provided 48 hours’ notice is given.
  I am responsible for being punctual for my appointment and will ensure that there are no interruptions during the reading or demonstration.
  I am responsible for ensuring my technology is working and that I will record my sitting
  I will provide my Skype name or other technology details/ phone number including country code or any other details needed at the time I book my appointment
  If the connection keeps failing over a video call readings, Steven will try to proceed with the appointment over telephone
  I will be responsible for any calling charges that are incurred
  If the medium feels that the sitting or demonstration is not working properly they can terminate the sitting and I will be provided with a full refund
  If I feel unhappy with the sitting I will make that known within the first 10 minutes and will expect a full refund. Beyond that time the sitting will proceed and no refund will be given.
  That there can be no guarantee who from the world of spirit will communicate through a sitting.
  If there is more than one person I understand that the medium won’t give sittings to separate people at the same time in the same reading that aren’t partners, family or haven’t got a shared bereavement.

  I understand that a private sitting does not substitute for any other professional help I might need.
  I accept that I have a personal responsibility and it is up to me if I act upon any advice given to me by the medium or spirit even if any predictions are made.
